Spring Break


Girls on the Run sessions will not meet the week of March 25th due to Spring Break. With only about 1 month until our Girls on the Run 5k, it may be a good idea to do a little running over your Spring Break.

Remember...
* Get lost in your run by thinking about things on your mind
* Set a steady pace..not too fast, not too slow
* Drink plenty of water about an hour before your run
* Challenge yourself to go just a little bit further or a little bit longer
* HAVE RUN AND ENJOY YOUR RUN
